Due to the increasing ease with which people have access to pornography nowadays, the 7A and the 8B, attended a workshop in which the links between Hollywood, the porn industry, prostitution and human trafficking were highlighted. The following is one comment from a pupil which summarises what all of the participants thought.
In my opinion the workshop we attended was really interesting. The fact that human trafficking is popular in almost every country is extremely scary. The women from the workshop explained really well how human trafficking and prostitution benefit each other and that almost every industry is connected in some way with the other. In summary it can be said that it was a really interesting workshop and I am really shocked about how popular human trafficking and prostitution is even in Austria.
